TrainIQ is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your account.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TrainIQ for your personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
TrainIQ is a fitness planning and tracking tool and is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You use the app at your own risk. If you have injuries, chronic conditions, or pain, consult a qualified professional before training.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. TrainIQ is designed as a local-first app: workout data is stored on your device. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
TrainIQ may use third-party services such as Supabase (authentication), Expo (push notifications), and optional calendar integrations. Their availability is outside our full control.
We may update TrainIQ, change features, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may stop using TrainIQ at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
TrainIQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of data, or personal injury resulting from use of TrainIQ. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the minimum permitted by law.
TrainIQ and its content (excluding user-entered data) are owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, unless mandatory laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
